PHIDU - Emergency Department Presentations - Emergency (LGA) 2017-2018

This dataset, released June 2020, contains Emergency department presentations for emergency by principal diagnosis, 2017/18. Presentations include Emergency presentations - Total; Emergency presentations for diseases of the circulatory system; Emergency presentations for diseases of the respiratory system; Emergency presentations for injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes; Emergency presentations for other diseases or conditions. \n\nThe data is by Local Government Area (LGA) 2016 geographic boundaries.\n\nFor more information please see the [data source notes](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/current/data/sha-aust/notes/phidu_data_sources_notes.pdf) on the data. \n\nSource: Compiled by PHIDU using data from the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, supplied on behalf of State and Territory health departments for 2017/18; and the average of the ABS Estimated Resident Population, 30 June 2017 and 2018.\n\n AURIN has spatially enabled the [original data](https://phidu.torrens.edu.au/social-health-atlases/data#social-health-atlases-of-australia-local-government-areas). 本数据集于2020年6月发布，涵盖2017/18财年按主要诊断分类的急诊科就诊数据。就诊类型包括：急诊科总就诊人次、循环系统疾病急诊科就诊人次、呼吸系统疾病急诊科就诊人次、损伤、中毒及外部因素所致其他特定后果相关急诊科就诊人次，以及其他疾病或病症的急诊科就诊人次。

本次数据基于2016年地理边界的地方政府区域（Local Government Area, LGA）进行统计划分。

本数据集由公共卫生信息开发单元（Public Health Information Development Unit, PHIDU）汇编，数据来源于澳大利亚卫生与福利研究所（Australian Institute of Health and Welfare），由各州及领地卫生部门代为提供，对应2017/18财年数据；同时采用了澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics, ABS）2017年6月30日与2018年6月30日的估计常住人口平均值。
