DEVITAL EXTIRPATION AND DEVITAL AMPUTATION: MODERN APPROACHES

This article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of devital treatment methods used in the management of pulpitis in dentistry, namely devital extirpation and devital amputation. The indications, contraindications, procedural techniques, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of both methods are analyzed. In addition, the criteria for selecting the appropriate treatment method based on clinical conditions are reviewed.本文探讨了牙科临床中用于牙髓炎（pulpitis）治疗管理的失活治疗（devital treatment）方法的理论与实践维度，具体涵盖失活牙髓摘除术（devital extirpation）与失活牙髓切断术（devital amputation）。文中分析了两种术式的适应证、禁忌证、操作技术要点，以及各自的优缺点。此外，还综述了依据临床病情遴选适宜治疗方案的判定标准。
