RNA sequencing of the stomachs of H. pylori-infected mice after 8 weeks

The aim of this study is to identify alterations induced in gastric mucosa of mice infected with Helicobacter pylori, in order to identify genes that associated to the infection on gastric lesions. RNAseq analysis was performed by using RNA extracted from the stomachs of H. pylori-infected mice after 8 weeks in duplicate.
