Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Score Lookup Application This application provides users the ability to understand the TOD potential of a property or location in the city of Cleveland from the perspective of access to a set of predetermined amenities, access to the total number of job locations via transit on a typical commuting day, and access to the existing transit network operated by the Greater Regional Transit Authority. Instructions Enter an address or parcel number without dashes or spaces in the search bar. Results are displayed on the left side panel. The City of Cleveland uses this application to help users understand TOD potential of properties and sites across the city. Properties and potential projects on them located within a 1/4 mile of high-frequency transit (transit service with 15-minute headways or better) may be subject to the city's Transportation Demand Management Program. The "TOD score," based on proximity to higher frequency transit service, walkable amenities, services, and public assets, is one way that development projects may earn points on the city's Community Benefit Scorecard. The Community Benefit Scorecard is a tool used by the city to identify community benefits in development projects and communicate the city's development priorities for investment and growth.
