Per-chromosome mutation rate variation for C. reinhardtii, published in Ness et al 2015 (Genome Res). Raw mutation data provided to Ahmed R Hasan by Rob W Ness for summary, upload, and use with stdpopsim. <br><br>Each chromosomal value was calculated as ((total mutations) / callable sites * generations), where spontaneous mutations were called in the strains CC1373, CC1952, CC2342, CC2344, CC2931, and CC2937 following mutation accumulation.
