Population-averaged 3D isotropic serial two-photon tomography reference data for the P4 mouse brain (v1)

This dataset contains a population-averaged three-dimensional (3D), isotropic serial two-photon tomography (STPT) reference image for the mouse brain at postnatal day (P) 4, derived from data acquired and shared by [Liwang and colleagues (2023)](https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.11.24.568585). We have re-oriented the volume to RAS (Right, Anterior, Superior) orientation, and made a number or optimizations to make the volume suitable for 3D-to-3D registration to other volumes in the project. This dataset is a brain atlas template and one of two datasets constituting the Developmental Mouse Brain Atlas P4 (DeMBA P4).
