Analysis was done using ARTIST software (see Methods). Ratios = reads + PYO conditions / reads no PYO condition (log2 transformed), where high ratio values = increased fitness and low ratio values = decreased fitness. CIP Tn-seq values are from Cameron and colleagues [24] (see Methods). NA, not applicable. NR, not reported, meaning that there were no reads from the gene/locus within the replicate (or in at least one of the replicates, when displayed in the “average log2-transformed ratio” column). CIP, ciprofloxacin; PYO, pyocyanin; Tn-seq, transposon sequencing. (XLSX)

本分析采用ARTIST软件完成(详见方法部分)。比值定义为:存在绿脓菌素(pyocyanin,PYO)条件下的测序读数与无绿脓菌素条件下的测序读数的比值(经log2对数转换),其中比值越高则适应度越高,比值越低则适应度越低。环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin,CIP)相关的转座子测序(transposon sequencing,Tn-seq)数据取自Cameron及其团队的研究[24](详见方法部分)。NA:不适用(not applicable)。NR:未报告(not reported),指在重复实验中(或在展示"平均log2转换比值"列时的至少一个重复实验中),该基因/位点未获得测序读数。注:CIP为环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin);PYO为绿脓菌素(pyocyanin);Tn-seq为转座子测序(transposon sequencing)。(XLSX格式)
