Multi-parameter photon-byphoton hidden Markov modeling dataset

The core jupyter notebooks demonstrating mpH²MM using real nsALEX data on DNA hairpin and theRNAP complex with the RP_o transcription bubble. Also included are the jupyter notebooks for generating simulated photon trajectories to test the validity of the Integrated complete likelihood (ICL) on data where the ground truth is known. Included are all HDF5 files used by the jupyter notebooks, as well as .csv files containing all H²MM models generated during the processing of the data.本数据集包含用于演示mpH²MM方法的核心Jupyter笔记本，其采用了针对DNA发夹结构以及带有RPₒ转录泡的RNA聚合酶（RNAP）复合物的真实nsALEX数据。此外还包含用于生成模拟光子轨迹的Jupyter笔记本，以在已知真实值的数据集上验证集成完整似然（Integrated Complete Likelihood, ICL）的有效性。本数据集同时提供了Jupyter笔记本所使用的全部HDF5文件，以及在数据处理过程中生成的所有H²MM模型对应的CSV文件。
