Moderate crowding affects immune cell number and longevity in sex specific manner in Drosophila melanogaster

Comparison of Immune cell number, fecundity and longevity in Drosophila melanogaster outbred population reared in crowded (300eggs/6ml media) and uncrowded condition (60 eggs/6ml media). Crowded condition further grouped into early, mid and late developing individuals for comparison.

本数据集对比了拥挤（300枚卵/6ml培养基）与非拥挤（60枚卵/6ml培养基）饲养条件下，黑腹果蝇（Drosophila melanogaster）远交种群的免疫细胞数量、繁殖力与寿命。其中，拥挤饲养组进一步划分为发育早期、发育中期与发育晚期个体，以开展对比分析。
