根据2022年3月1日起实施的《中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例规定》，市场主体因自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件、社会安全事件等原因造成经营困难的，市场主体可以自主决定在一定时间内歇业，歇业期限累计不超过3年。待市场主体能够重新经营后再恢复经营。
Pursuant to the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Market Entities of the People's Republic of China, which came into force on March 1, 2022, where a market entity faces operational difficulties due to natural disasters, accident disasters, public health emergencies, social safety incidents or other similar reasons, it may independently decide to suspend its operations for a certain period, with the cumulative duration of such suspension not exceeding 3 years, and resume its operations once it is able to conduct business activities again.
