ApexFold multi-solvent circular dichroism (CD) dataset

This record contains the circular-dichroism data underlying the study "Predicting how peptides fold with ApexFold" (Torres, Cao & de la Fuente-Nunez). The dataset characterises the solvent-dependent secondary structure of short peptides (8–50 residues) measured across four chemical environments: water, methanol/water, trifluoroethanol/water (3:2, v/v), and SDS micelles (10 mmol/L).
