the experiment aim to Evaluate some of the commercially available feed for bighead catfish culture

Time period: The experiment in the wet lab was conducted 12 weeks from 31,January-26 April, 2023 3.Geographical Coverage:The experiment was conducted in wetlab located at the aquaculture farm of faculty of fisheries and aquaculture,Royal university of agriculture in Cambodia. 4.Methodology: All fish have weekly removed from aquarium for weighing and final sampling has weighed and length all fish and also dissected to collect gonad, liver and viscera. The fillet fish has been submitted to 58 penalist for Appearance,Odour, Flavor, consistency and preference evaluation. D.O,pH and Temperature have daily measurements that The pH will be measured by Eco-Sense pH 10A parameter. D.O and Temperature have measured by Eco-Sense D.O 200A but TAN, NO2- , NO3-, Hardness and alkalinity have weekly measurement, and TAN, NO2- , NO3-, Hardness and alkalinity have measured by sera test kit that is drop to water and compare the color.
