Dual transcriptomic analysis of HSV1 infected primary human fibroblasts (HFFF) in the presence and absence of VP22. Homo sapiens

Dual transcriptomic analysis of HSV1 infected primary fibroblasts to determine the changes in the virus and cell transcriptome over time. This was carried out in the presence and the absence of the virus-encoded protein VP22. Cells left uninfected or infected with Wt (strain 17) and deltaVP22 viruses were sampled at 4 and 12 hours after infection and subjected to RNAseq.
