Dual transcriptional characterization of spinach and Peronospora effusa during resistant and susceptible race-cultivar interactions.

Characterization of the transcriptomes of spinach, Spinacia oleracea, and P. effusa during disease progression using the spinach cultivar Viroflay, the near isogenic lines NIL1 and NIL3, and two P. effusa races, R13 and R19, at 24 hours post inoculation and 6 days post inoculation.本数据集针对菠菜（Spinacia oleracea）与菠菜霜霉菌（P. effusa）在病害侵染进程中的转录组（transcriptome）特征展开解析，实验采用菠菜栽培品种Viroflay、近等基因系（near isogenic lines）NIL1与NIL3，以及两个P. effusa生理小种R13和R19，分别在接种后24小时与接种后6天两个时间点进行取样分析。
