Mammary Hibernoma: A Case Report of a Rare Disease

Abstract Mammary hibernomas are extremely rare benign tumors composed of brown fat cells, with only five cases previously reported in the literature. We report the case of a 42- year-old female patient with a painless growing mass in her right breast. A partial mastectomy was performed, and the diagnosis of hibernoma was confirmed by the histological features and the immunohistochemical profile. Although hibernoma is a benign tumor, its main differential diagnoses include aggressive lesions, making the accurate diagnosis essential to provide adequate care to the patient.摘要：乳腺冬眠瘤（mammary hibernoma）是一类极为罕见的良性肿瘤，由棕色脂肪细胞构成，既往文献中仅报道过5例。本文报告1例42岁女性患者，其右侧乳房出现无痛性进行性增大肿块。患者接受了乳房部分切除术，通过组织学特征与免疫组化谱证实了冬眠瘤的诊断。尽管冬眠瘤属于良性肿瘤，但其主要鉴别诊断需涵盖侵袭性病变，因此准确诊断对为患者提供恰当诊疗至关重要。
