资源简介:
This data release contains data inputs for the Metapopulation Integral Projection Model (MetaIPM). These inputs include demographic rate data (such as fish growth) and movement rate data (such as fish movement across river pools). The data are designed to be downloaded by a Shiny Application (point-and-click version of the model). Each species and scenario requires its own data inputs, hence a parallel structure exists for the model inputs. The specific applications include scenarios to compare native fish species and silver carp passage rates in the Upper Mississippi River. This project supports a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers fish passage project that seeks to increase native fish connectivity while balancing invasive species spread. The other applications of the model focus on silver carp control scenarios that include different removal rates and deterrent rates. Applications in the Upper Mississippi River, Red River of the South, and the Illinois River. For more metadata, including attributes and data sources, please see the independently specified xml file located within metaipm_gui_inputs.zip.
