Single cell RNA sequencing data of iPSC derived motor neuron and microglia co-cultures. Cell types include ALS patient harbouring C9ORF72 hexanucleotide repeat expansion (CS29iALS-C9n1), homozygous C9ORF72 knockout (CS29iALS-C9n1.ISOT2RB4 C3.6) and control (CS29iALS-C9n1.ISOT2RB4). All cell types were sequenced after stimulation with E. Coli derived lipopolysaccharides and without stimulation.
