scRNA-seq of motor neuron and microglia co-cultures derived from C9ORF72 HRE iPSCs (ALS patient), C9ORF72 KO iPSCs and control iPSCs in unstimulated and LPS stimulated conditions

Single cell RNA sequencing data of iPSC derived motor neuron and microglia co-cultures. Cell types include ALS patient harbouring C9ORF72 hexanucleotide repeat expansion (CS29iALS-C9n1), homozygous C9ORF72 knockout (CS29iALS-C9n1.ISOT2RB4 C3.6) and control (CS29iALS-C9n1.ISOT2RB4). All cell types were sequenced after stimulation with E. Coli derived lipopolysaccharides and without stimulation.
