Cepharatines A−D, Hasubanan-Type Alkaloids from Stephania cepharantha

Four new hasubanan-type alkaloids, cepharatines A−D (1−4), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Stephania cepharantha, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. The structure of 1 was further confirmed by X-ray crystallographic diffraction.本研究从地不容（Stephania cepharantha）的叶片与茎秆中分离得到4种新型哈苏巴南型生物碱（hasubanan-type alkaloids），即西法拉汀A-D（cepharatines A−D，编号1−4）；所有化合物的结构均通过光谱分析得以解析，其中化合物1的结构还通过X射线晶体衍射（X-ray crystallographic diffraction）得到了进一步确证。
