XPlanning dataset BPL ‘Renne (3rd amendment)’

The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the ‘Renne (3rd amendment)’ development plan of the municipality of Binzen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Change to semi-detached house on Flst. Nos 7467, 7468.

区划规划（BPL）包含了约束城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的各项规定。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为依据编制。本次可用数据集为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的宾岑（Binzen）市镇“勒讷（第三次修订版）”开发规划。说明：针对地块编号（Flst.）7467与7468处，将其变更为半独立式住宅（semi-detached house）。
