To investigate the expression profile in human podocytes treated with or without BT503 with or without LPS stress. to compare the expression profile of human podocytes at 33c vs 37c treated with or without BT503 Overall design: To investigate the potential pathways by which BT503-KLF15 restores podocyte injury, we conducted RNA-sequencing in cultured human podocytes treated with and without BT503 in the setting of LPS treatment. To investigate the potential binding target of BT503 and the involved pathway, we conducted RNA-sequecing in culture human podocytes treated with and without BT503 under nonpermissive (37C) conditions as compared to permissive (33C) conditions.
