GFPA dataset

All dataset of GFPA come from a COVID-19 disease progression study conducted by Muzlifah Haniffa <em>et al.(https://doi.org/10.1038/s41591-021-01329-2)</em> healthy_pbmc_MH8919333.h5ad "healthy_pbmc_MH8919333.h5ad" is the dataset for the MH8919333 sample. All_healthy_pbmc.h5ad "All_healthy_pbmc.h5ad" contains 24 PBMC samples. msigdb_v2022.1.Hs_GMTs.zip "msigdb_v2022.1.Hs_GMTs.zip" contains all human related gene function genes in Msigdb database. All gene function sets are in GMT format. <br> msigdb_v2022.1.Mm_GMTs.zip "msigdb_v2022.1.Mm_GMTs.zip" contains all mouse related gene function genes in Msigdb database. All gene function sets are in GMT format.
