NC programs, raw data and simulation code: tool-entry strategies in high-feed pocket milling of Ti-6Al-4V

Supplementary dataset for E. Malyer and O. Çaydaş, “NC-program-based assessment of tool-entry strategies in high-feed pocket milling of Ti-6Al-4V” (submitted to Materials Testing). It contains the nine post-processed NC programs used in dry pocket milling of annealed and aged Ti-6Al-4V with helical, ramping and plunge entries at 366, 732 and 1098 mm/min; all individual surface roughness readings; completed tool entries; the original microscope images of the tools; and the Python code for the kinematic feed simulation, the z-map engagement model and all figures.
