Under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act 1915, and the Rules and Regulations, registers were required to be kept for particulars of cases under the Workers' Compensation Act.When any case was listed for hearing, the Registrar was required to furnish the Insurance Commissioner, State Accident Insurance Office with the following particulars:- Names of parties,- Nature of action,- Amount claimed, and- Date of hearing.
根据《1915年工人赔偿法》（Workers' Compensation Act 1915）及相关规章条例的规定，需对适用《工人赔偿法》的案件详情留存登记台账。当任一案件被列入听证日程时，登记官须向州事故保险局（State Accident Insurance Office）的保险专员提供以下案件详情：
