PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING 21ST-CENTURY SKILLS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH MOTHER TONGUE LESSONS

This article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical analysis of the pedagogical foundations for developing 21st-century skills in primary school students through mother tongue lessons. The study examines the essence and significance of 21st-century skills, their role in the educational process, and the didactic potential of the mother tongue subject in fostering these skills. In addition, the article identifies pedagogical methods and technologies used in mother tongue lessons that promote the development of critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, and information literacy skills. The research findings contribute to the effective implementation of a competency-based approach in primary education practice.本文针对依托母语课程培养小学生21世纪技能的教育学基础，开展了科学理论与实践层面的双重分析。本研究剖析了21世纪技能的内涵与价值、其在教育过程中的作用，以及母语学科在培育此类技能方面的教学法潜能。此外，本文明确了母语课堂中可用于推动批判性思维、沟通、协作、创新与信息素养技能发展的教育学方法与技术手段。本研究成果可为小学教育实践中素养本位教学模式的有效实施提供有力支撑。
