Data associated with: Climate warming, acorn masting, and the dynamics of rodent populations: Comparing long-term studies

These are the data on small mammals, acorns, and weather analyzed in the paper, Climate warming, acorn masting, and the dynamics of rodent populations: Comparing long-term studies for the Journal of Animal EcologyData collection began for most variables in the early 1990s and continue through 2025.
