The purpose of this study was to assess population genetic structure among closely located caves in Sewanee TN. Two species (Nesticus barri and Ptomaphagus hatchi) were sampled from four caves (Solomons Temple Cave, Sewanee Blowhole, Grapevine Cave, and Buggytop Cave) and genotyped using 2bRAD. The results strong genetic structure indicating highly limited gene flow between caves despite relatively small distances between them.
