AI results complementing the 2020 Annual Report on surveillance for Avian Influenza in poultry and wild birds in Member States of the European Union - Iceland

This dataset contains the results of the EU co-funded surveillance activities conducted in 2020, which consisted of: Serological surveys to monitor the circulation of AIV subtypes H5 and H7 in poultry (active surveillance). These surveys should preferentially target poultry species or production systems with increased risk for introduction of avian influenza (AI). Passive surveillance aiming at the virological detection of AI in wild birds found dead or moribund.本数据集收录了欧盟联合资助的2020年度监测活动成果，具体包含以下两项内容：一是针对家禽中禽流感病毒（Avian Influenza Virus, AIV）H5、H7亚型传播态势开展的血清学监测（主动监测），此类监测应优先覆盖存在禽流感（Avian Influenza, AI）传入风险较高的家禽品类或生产体系；二是针对病死或濒死野生鸟类开展禽流感病毒学检测的被动监测。
