Model output from custom CESM2 simulations used in calculations and figures for the following study: McGraw, Z., Storelvmo, T., Samset, B., & Stjern, C. W. Global radiative impacts of black carbon acting as ice nucleating particles. <em>Geophysical Research Letters</em>, e2020GL089056. https://doi.org/10.1029/2020GL089056 Simulation names match those described in Supplementary Table S1. Data includes 2-year averages of cirrus radiative effects (2010-2011) and 5-year averages of other variables (2010-14). BC INP impacts are calculated using sets of 4 simulations according to Equation 1 in the paper, with some overlap between simulations in each set. The 2-year averages include shortwave (SW) and longwave (LW) cloud radiative effects (SWCF/LWCF) plus matching variables incorporating only cirrus ('_d1') and all clouds but cirrus ('_d2'). Cirrus radiative effects in the paper were SWCF (LWCF) minus SWCF_d2 (LWCF_d2), with net effects being the sum of SW and LW.
