Time-temperature profiles in refrigerators from households with vulnerable consumers

These data are raw and were obtained after monitoring the fridge temperature (up to two weeks) in households with vulnerable consumers or high risk takers, in five countries.本数据集为原始数据，采集自五个国家内、针对家中存在弱势消费者或高风险人群的家庭所开展的冰箱温度监测工作，监测时长最长达两周。
