Sex differences in the fecal microbiome and hippocampal glial morphology following diet and antibiotic treatment

Next-generation sequencing results from mouse fecal samples for gut microbiome analysis. Male and female mice were treated with a low fat or high fat diet for 16 weeks and a subset of mice received an antibiotic cocktail in their drinking water during their last 6 weeks of treatment.本数据集为用于肠道菌群分析的小鼠粪便样本二代测序（Next-generation sequencing）结果。实验中，雌雄小鼠分别接受低脂或高脂饲料干预16周，其中部分小鼠在干预的最后6周于饮用水中添加抗生素联合制剂。
