XPlanning dataset BPL ‘Ettingen (1st amendment)’

The zoning plan (BPL) contains the legally binding stipulations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data are the development plan ‘Ettingen (1st amendment)’ of the city of Kandern from XPlanung 5.0. Description: OT Tannenkirch-Ettingen, partial modification of the building windows and instead of semi-detached houses, single and semi-detached houses are sometimes allowed.分区规划（Zoning Plan, BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的法定约束条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为坎登市（Kandern）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的《埃廷根（第一次修订版）》开发规划。规划说明：针对OT（Ortsteil）塔嫩基希-埃廷根片区，本次规划对建筑开窗进行局部调整，且不再限定仅建设半独立住宅，部分情形下允许建设独栋住宅与半独立住宅。
