In the field of oncology, the role of collagen and its associated extracellular matrix components in tumorigenesis is gaining attention. Collagen, a primary structural protein in many tissues, plays a pivotal role in the structural and functional modulations of tumor tissues. In this study, we delved deep into the transcriptomic alterations that occur during the formation of collagen-based tumor tissues, using RNA sequencing at distinct time points: Day 0, Day 7, and Day 14.
