XPlanning data set BPL “Heininger Weg”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the “Heininger Weg” development plan of the city of Backnang from XPlanung 5.0.
