Development plan Ohlsdorf 8 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the development plan Ohlsdorf 8 of 4 April 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 132) is amended as follows:
1. The annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Ohlsdorf 8 development plan attached to this Ordinance is added to the Ordinance on the Ohlsdorf 8 development plan.
2. In § 2, the following points 3 and 4 are added:
For the area designated by "A" (section 300 of the Klein Borstel district), the fixing of public green space is repealed. For this purpose, pure residential area in two-storey open construction with the base area number 0.4 is determined; The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I pages 466, 479), is applicable. The buildable area shall be fixed at a depth of 12 m at a distance of 5 m parallel to the northern road surface and at a distance of 3 m parallel to the western and eastern road surface. The existing hawthorn hedge along the property boundary shall be preserved; the hedge can be interrupted to create access roads to land.
4. For the area designated by "B" (section 270), the parking area is abolished. For this purpose, a public green area with the purpose of a playground will be designated."

1967年4月4日发布的《奥尔兹多夫8号开发规划条例》（刊载于《汉堡法律与法令公报》第132页）修正如下：
1. 本条例增设附件，即附于本条例的、用以修订《奥尔兹多夫8号开发规划条例》的附件，该附件纳入《奥尔兹多夫8号开发规划条例》。
2. 在第2条中新增下述第3项与第4项：
3. 对于标注为"A"的区域（克莱因博尔斯特尔街区300号区段），废除公共绿地的划定要求。据此划定基准面积系数为0.4的两层开放式纯住宅居住区；适用1990年1月23日发布、并经1993年4月22日最后修订的《建筑使用条例》（1990年版刊载于《联邦法律公报I》第133页，1993年修订版刊载于《联邦法律公报I》第466、479页）。该区域可建设面积应满足：平行于北侧路面向外延伸5米、平行于西侧与东侧路面向外延伸3米的范围内，进深限定为12米。沿地块边界现存的山楂树篱应予保留；该树篱可开设通道以连通地块出入口。
4. 对于标注为"B"的区域（270号区段），撤销停车场规划，同时划定用途为儿童游乐场的公共绿地。
