This is the Rates and charges schedule register for the Hay Municipal Council. The information contained in this register is provided in a series of columns with handwritten headings which are: Street; General Fund - current and arrears; Water Supply Local Fund - current and arrears;  Sewerage Supply Local Fund - current and arrears; Street Lighting - arrears; Extra Charges - current and arrears; Sanitary and Garbage - current and arrears; Excess Sewerage Rates and Recovery - current and arrears; totals; General; Water; Sewer; Extra Charges; Sanitary and Garbage; Garden Charges; Rates Recovery and Excess Sewer. Each double page covers the one year. One page covers the first half of the year, the other page the second half of the year, which also includes a column for listing any abandonments.
