To study the effect of PUS7 mediated RNA pseudouridylation in Neuroblastoma

Pseudouridylation is a common epitranscriptomic modification that increases RNA structural stability. RNA pseudouridylation is catalyzed by the family of pseudouridine synthases. Here we performed a comparitive analysis of the RNA pseudouridylation levels comparing between shGFP (control) and shPUS7-33 (PUS7 knockdown) in BE(2)-C neuroblastoma cell line.
