Streptomyces coelicolor M1152 Long-Term Evolution Study (SLTEE)

A long term evolutionary study of Streptomyces by growing in either rich or minimal media and passaging every 3 days (during stationary phase). The process was performed in the M1152 strain (as previously described: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3818861/). This strain was sequenced for the first time during this experiment and reported here.
