Results for study on efficiency of different protocols to sequence SARS-Cov-2

Assemblies obtained for different SARS-Cov-2 sequencing runs downloaded from SRA. These results are used in a study to be published in medRxiv (hopefully) under the title "A Comparison of Performance for Different SARS-Cov-2 Sequencing Protocols"从序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）下载的不同严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）测序批次所获得的基因组组装结果。该批结果将用于一项有望发表于医学预印本平台medRxiv的研究，其研究标题为《不同严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2测序方案的性能比较》。
