Analysis of RNA polymerase II degradation upon transcription inhibition

This data set assesses the degradation of RNA polymerase II in zebrafish embryos. Polymerase was labeled by immunofluorescence, microscopy images were acquired by instant-SIM micrscopy, and analyzed using MatLab scripts and the bioformats importer. This data set contains the raw image data as well as all further analysis scripts.本数据集用于评估斑马鱼胚胎中RNA聚合酶II（RNA polymerase II）的降解情况。该聚合酶通过免疫荧光（immunofluorescence）标记，显微图像由即时结构照明显微镜（instant-SIM microscopy）采集，并借助MATLAB脚本与生物格式导入工具（bioformats importer）完成分析。本数据集包含原始图像数据及全部后续分析脚本。
