Stream Algal Abundances

As part of the Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) project in the McMurdo Dry
Valleys of Antarctica, a systematic sampling program has been undertaken to monitor the
abundance and species distribution of algal mats in glacial meltwater streams of the region.
This table contains data showing the percent of total biomass (abundance) represented by algal
type (brown, red, orange or green), phylum, species and morphotype for multiple streams,
dates, and replications.

作为南极麦克默多干谷长期生态研究（Long Term Ecological Research, LTER）项目的组成部分，本研究已开展系统性采样计划，以监测该区域冰川融水溪流中藻类垫的丰度与物种分布。本数据表收录了覆盖多条溪流、多个采样日期及多组重复样的相关数据，展示了不同藻类类型（棕、红、橙或绿色）、分类门、物种及形态型对应的总生物量（丰度）占比。
