Table S1 - Effect of Incubation on Bacterial Communities of Eggshells in a Temperate Bird, the Eurasian Magpie (Pica pica)

The list of bacterial taxonomy and relative abundance (%). If a taxon appeared at least in one of 24 samples we used in this study, it was indicated in the list. S1–S9 are from incubated nests and C1–C3 are from non-incubated (control) nests. Each nest was sampled twice at day 3 (before incubation) and day 18 (after incubation). In column A, the taxonomical classification is indicated from phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species name.
