Using ODM2API and Bokeh to create result value annotations. Bokeh allows a user to interactively select values from a graph.

This Jupyter Notebook allows a user to generate annotations and relate them to time series result values. ipython widgets are used to select time series, start and end dates. Bokeh is used to display result values and allows a user to select values to make an annotation for them.
