COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE ANTHROPOMETRIC PROFILE OF ADOLESCENT ATHLETES

The article presents data on the anthropometric profile of martial arts athletes and teenage football players from Tashkent city youth sports schools. The results of the study showed that athletes of various sports aged 12-14 years demonstrate variability in the anthropometric profile. These differences emphasize the importance of an individual approach to preparation and training depending on specific sports tasks.本文收录了塔什干市青少年体育学校内12至14岁武术运动员与青少年足球运动员的人体测量学特征（anthropometric profile）相关数据。研究结果表明，该年龄段不同运动项目的运动员其人体测量学特征存在明显变异性。此类差异凸显了针对具体专项运动任务，采用个体化备战与训练方案的重要性。
