Salary Scales

Salary pay scales for Council staff. Calderdale Council is a Real Living wage employer. This means that the Council will pay a wage supplement equal to the difference between the basic hourly rate within the job evaluation grading scheme and the Real Living wage rate in place at the time, as reviewed and approved from time to time by the Council. With effect from 1 April 2024, the rate is £12.00 per hour.
