Otolith and genetic datasets for combined provenance assignments

These data are produced as part of an effort to assign provenance of Chinook salmon in the Yukon River-Basin using a combined framework of isotopic data from otoliths and genetic data. They are used in a research project which demonstrates the utility of combining these complementary data sources to improce the precision of provenance assignments at the river-basin scale. 

Data include mean Sr87/Sr86 data from all individuals in the study as well as genetic data used for assignment.
