Hypotheses: (1) As the drought severity increases, the Rs in karst regions will significantly decrease, and the unique site conditions in these regions (such as shallow soil layers and high permeability) will result in Rs levels that are generally significantly lower than those in non-karst regions. (2) Under karst hydrological drought conditions, the Rs will increase significantly as the amount of rainfall increases, and the response intensity of the Birch effect after rainfall will also exhibit a positive correlation with the amount of rainfall.

研究假说:(1) 随着干旱程度加剧,喀斯特区域的土壤呼吸(Soil Respiration,缩写Rs)将显著降低;且该区域独特的立地条件(如浅薄土层与高渗透性)会使土壤呼吸水平整体显著低于非喀斯特区域。(2) 在喀斯特水文干旱条件下,土壤呼吸将随降雨量增加而显著升高,降雨后伯奇效应(Birch effect)的响应强度也与降雨量呈正相关关系。
