NRS-12234 | Records of complaints "resolved by advice" or "information only" [Privacy Committee]

A percentage of complaints made to the Privacy Committee do not require investigation. One category is complaints "resolved by advice", where complainants are given advice on how to solve the problems themselves. Another category is complaints for "information only", where the Committee is informed so as to draw its attention to a matter that might warrant research or future involvement.
