Synchrotron micro-CT time series of dehydrating grapevine petioles with a legacy semantic segmentation corpus

Synchrotron X-ray micro-computed tomography enables the non-destructive, high-resolution imaging of plant microstructures. This dataset provides raw projection data and reconstructed tomographic slices of grapevine petioles undergoing controlled dehydration, imaged at ALS Beamline 8.3.2. It also includes 42 high-resolution manually annotated semantic segmentation masks for cellular analysis. The data supports automated plant tissue characterization and research into plant hydraulic resilience.
