AAindex

AAindex is a database of numerical indices representing various physicochemical and biochemical properties of amino acids and pairs of amino acids.Accordingly AAindex consists of three sections now: AAindex1 for the amino acid index of 20 numerical values, AAindex2 for the amino acid substitution matrix and AAindex3 for the statistical protein contact potentials. All data are derived from published literature.AAindex是一个收录氨基酸及氨基酸对各类理化与生化性质数值索引的数据库。目前AAindex包含三个子库：AAindex1对应包含20项数值的氨基酸索引，AAindex2对应氨基酸替换矩阵，AAindex3对应统计性蛋白质接触势能。所有数据均源自已发表的学术文献。

AAindex是一个氨基酸指数数据库，由京都大学生物信息学中心维护，包含三个主要部分：AAindex1提供20个氨基酸的数值指标，AAindex2为氨基酸替换矩阵，AAindex3则涉及统计蛋白质接触势能。该数据库收录了来自已发表文献的数据，当前版本9.2共包含566个氨基酸指数条目、94个相似性矩阵条目和47个接触势能矩阵条目。
