Die Kriterien wissenschaftlich begründeter Psychotherapie, wie sie in der Schweizer Charta für Psychotherapie definiert sind, wird bezüglich der Erkenntnis- und Wissenschaftstheorie exemplarisch auf die analytische Psychologie C. G. Jungs und auf die transpersonale Psychologie angewendet. Es wird damit gezeigt, dass C. G. Jung nicht zu den Begründern der transpersonalen Psychologie gehören kann, wie dies von deren Vertretern behauptet wird. Die Jung’sche Psychologie erfüllt die vorgegebenen Kriterien. Die transpersonale Psychologie hingegen kann sie nicht erfüllen, weil sie von einer Position ausgeht, die weder erkenntnis- noch wissenschaftstheoretisch haltbar ist, indem sie auf einer transzendenten Wirklichkeit aufbaut. Über diese Feststellung hinaus zeigt sich zudem, dass Spiritualität säkular begründet werden kann. Die säkulare Auffassung von Spiritualität in der wissenschaftlich begründeten Psychotherapie rechtfertigt sich nicht nur aus aufgeklärten, humanistischen Idealen, welche die Autonomie und Emanzipation des Patienten schützt. Sie ist auch eine anthropologische Konstante, die ihre Wurzeln im empathischen und altruistischen Verhalten der Säugetiere hat, insbesondere der Primaten mit ihren emotionalen und kognitiven Fähigkeiten. The criterions for scientifically established psychotherapy, as defined by the Swiss Charta for Psychotherapy, will be applied to the analytical psychology by C. G. Jung as well as the transcendental psychology, based on the epistemologies and scientific theories. The aim is to provide evidence that C. G. Jung is not one of the transpersonal psychology founders, as proclaimed by its advocates. Jung psychology meets the dictated criteria. Transpersonal psychology on the other side requires a transcendental, metaphysical reality as granting, which expands beyond our material existence as biological beings in a world based on physics. This approach is not based on any scientific approach and lacks evidence. Beyond this conclusion, it is evident that there is a secular explanation for spirituality. The secular perception of spirituality within the scientifically established psychotherapy justifies itself based on enlightened and humanistic ideals, which protects the autonomy and emancipation of the patients. It is also an anthropological constant, with roots in empathy and mammalian behaviour, especially primate behaviour with their emotional and cognitive abilities. I criteri di una psicoterapia scientificamente fondata, come viene definita nella Carta svizzera per la psicoterapia, vengono applicati in modo esemplare, in relazione alla teoria della conoscenza e la filosofia della scienza, alla psicologia analitica di C. G. Jung e alla psicologia trascendentale. A proposito si dimostra che C. G. Jung non può appartenere ai fondatori della psicologia transpersonale, come ritenuto dai suoi rappresentanti. La psicologia di Jung soddisfa i criteri sopramenzionati. La psicologia transpersonale per contro presuppone come data una verità trascendentale, metafisica, la quale esula dalla nostra esistenza materiale come essere biologico in un mondo fisico-materiale. Ciò non è sostenibile né dal punto di vista della teoria della conoscenza né dal punto di vista della filosofia della scienza. Da questa constatazione si dimostra inoltre che la spiritualità può essere fondata dal punto di vista secolare. La concezione secolare della spiritualità nella psicoterapia fondata scientificamente non si giustifica solo su ideali umanistici e illuminati che tutelano l’emancipazione e l’autonomia del paziente. Si tratta anche di una costante antropologica, che ha le sue radici nel comportamento empatico e altruistico del mammifero, in particolare dei primati con le loro capacità emozionali e cognitive. unknown publishedVersion
